Does anyone have any suggestions for something to satisfy my crunchy snack cravings besides Pork Skins? I have found that different brands of popcorn seasonings are good on them but sometimes I would like something different. Preferbly something salty as I love potato chips.

don, that sounds interesting. i have a jicama in the fridge. how do i make that dip?
I start with an 8-ounce tub of French Onion Dip. Fry three slices of bacon, crumble them up and add to the dip, along with a tablespoon or so of the bacon grease. Add prepared horseradish (I prefer Kraft) to taste. Start low and add to it until it gets almost hot enough, then stop, because the hot will continue to grow as it ages. Stir in a dash or two of garlic powder or grate in one large clove of garlic and a small blurt of Worchestershire. Let it age for a couple of hours, and eatumallup.

Hope you like it.

Can we have the French onion dip in induction with the dairy? I would like to try that as well. I have been dipping my jicama in blue cheese but am growing bored of it.

Depends on who makes the dip and what recipe they use. I use our supermarket's own brand, which is pretty low carb, but you can make your own with sour cream and mayo and onions cooked until they brown.
