Has anyone experienced a stall in their weight loss while on their menstrual cycle? I am on day 7 of Induction, and my weight loss has been stalled since a day before my cycle began (I am now on day two of my cycle). Is this normal?

Almost everyone stalls during that TOM. You gain water weight during that period. If you are eating correctly, the water weight should come off after your TOM.

That it totally to be expected. Your weight loss will slow down, stall, or even gain a little around your cycle. It`s bloat weight, not fat, and it`ll come off the next week.

Yes, I do. I gained about 4 lbs of water weight during TOM. It all came off and then some ;)

Oh yes! I always gain, then after TOM I have a big WHOOSH! Just keep eating on plan and try not to worry. This is much easier said than done.

Good luck!

If you have not lost any weight within the last 2 days, it doesn`t mean that you have stalled.
But not to worry, it will catch up after TOM is over.
